The West Greenwich Land Trust is once again hosting our annual fundraiser dinner and silent auction.
Your local WG Land Trust holds a number of low cost educational events throughout the year to
promote our mission to preserve open space and maintain existing agricultural, wildlife, recreational, scenic, and historical land uses which represent the natural heritage of the Town, through voluntary
means emphasizing private ownership.
Our March fundraiser dinner and silent auction is the only fundraiser of the year with proceeds used
to sponsor and off-set our family oriented educational events. Once again, this year promises to be one of our most popular events with a complete family style turkey dinner prepared and served by the
West Greenwich Fire Company volunteers, along with a silent auction featuring many arts and crafts made and donated by folks here in West Greenwich. Ticket prices are $25.00 per person.
As neighbors and friends, we ask for your continued support in our mission by joining us on March 24th. Living here in West Greenwich, we continue to recognize the importance of our natural history
in town and the lifestyle a rural community provides to us all. What better way to shake off the winter blues by sharing a home-cooked dinner and silent auction with your friends and neighbors while
at the sametime helping us to "Keep the Green in Town."
